The City of Red Deer Emergency Management Program provides coordination, leadership and expertise in relation to emergency mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.

To prepare for emergencies, individuals and families should:

  1. Know the risks in their area.
  2. Make an emergency plan.
  3. Get a 72 hour emergency kit.
