If you would like to have a congratulatory message from Mayor Johnston sent to a Red Deerian celebrating a birthday (children up to 18 years old and adults 65 years and older) OR an anniversary (50 years or above), please complete the form below and we will ensure that the celebrant(s) receive a congratulatory message
