CSV Business Excellence

The CSV Business Excellence department supports all departments within the Community Services division to achieve business excellence goals through leveraging knowledge, resources and skills. We will deliberately embrace data, fix process issues, work to build internal capacity, add to our broad financial literacy and focus on a customer centred approach to how CSV provides service to Red Deerians, in the most efficient and effective ways possible.
