Students, clubs and associations are invited to book a tour of any of our stations. During your tour, you’ll be given the opportunity to learn about safety and view department vehicles that are used daily in helping to keep you and the community safe. Please note that tours are available for groups ages five and older, and a minimum of 10 people. Spaces available for summer tours are limited.

Please adhere to the following guidelines while visiting the firehall:

• Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult(s) at all times
• Tour group must be prepared to leave the firehall in the event the Emergency Services staff are dispatched to a call. Tour group will not be allowed to stay in the hall, regardless of weather conditions. For this request we require adequate transportation remain on-site at all times.
• You must arrive and depart as a group to allow for minimal disruption of on-duty crews.
• Do not arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled tour.
• Please call to cancel your tour if you are unable to attend. Phone 403-346-5511.
• Remember that tours cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of our business. Should your tour be cancelled on short notice or cut short during, we will attempt to reschedule.
