To file an Appeal for the Review Board please complete the Red Deer Tribunals - Notice to Appeal (pdf) and file with the Clerk. 

The Review Board is given the authority of Council in respect of applications for review arising under section 547 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA).

The Notice to Appeal must be received by the Clerk at Red Deer City Hall within fourteen (14) days of the date the Appellant was notified of the issue to which an appeal is sought under section 545 (order to remedy contraventions) of the MGA; or within seven (7) days of the date the Appellant was notified of the issue to which and appeal is sought under section 546 (order to remedy dangers and unsightly property) of the MGA.
