The Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (ISDAB) is a quasi-judicial Board as set out in the Red Deer County and City of Red Deer Intermunicipal Development Plan 3393/2007 (pdf) adopted on July 5, 2007 by Red Deer County Bylaw No. 2012/27 and City of Red Deer Bylaw No. 3408/2008.
The purpose of this Board is to address proposed subdivision and development applications that are currently within the Red Deer County land base, but are considered on the "fringe areas" of The City of Red Deer. ISDAB is administered by Red Deer County. It is a tribunal consisting of seven members, with three members from each Municipality. There is one alternate citizen representative.
