When do I submit my water reading?

You can submit a manual water meter reading on your Move In date, your Move Out date, or if you have received a call from our office to verify a meter reading.

If you received a Hang Tag at your property requesting a meter read, we require access to your meter to obtain the reading and view the meter. Reads entered on this form will not be used as a replacement to access. Please contact Environmental Services at 403-342-8750 to book an appointment.
