Red Deer RCMP is seeking public assistance as they investigate a recent fire.
On Oct. 21, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m., Red Deer RCMP responded to a fire in the backyard of a residence in the Morrisroe neighbourhood. Red Deer Fire Department extinguished the fire, which had engulfed a large portion of the backyard, burnt down a shed and part of a shared fence.
Witnesses reported seeing two youth males behind the yard prior to the fire. The youths left eastbound on bikes, one of which was red.
RCMP are looking to identify and speak to the youth males, or any witnesses to this fire.
No injuries were reported.
