This is our stationary spin bike area equipped with 20 Keiser M3 model bikes giving you an outstanding workout. A variety of drop-in or registered spin bike classes are available lead by our certified instructors.
We have two climbing walls and one bouldering structure each with unique and challenging features.
This sport and play area measures 1742.4 square metres, has low impact rubberized Mondo flooring, and consists of three courts, a climbing wall, bouldering room, rebound wall and golf/batting swing cage.
Our 371.6 square metre (4000 square foot) two level studio has a combination of free weights and Technogym™ cardiovascular and resistance training exercise equipment.
Our four lane track is located on the second level and is approximately 290 meters long. The surface is made of 12 mm thick "Super H Performance" mondo material.
The Motion Studio is designed with a hardwood spring-floor, mirrors, sound system, and an equipment room, making it the ideal place for fitness and dance classes for up to 50 participants.
This sport and play area houses two professional 7.4 x 16.7 square metres (80 x 180 square feet) synthetic turf pitches. Two of the many activities played in this area are soccer and box lacrosse.
We invite you to Central Alberta's only wave pool. Including a large pool, lazy river, two water slides, tot pool, two hot tubs, steam room and more.
The swing cage, located in our Field House, is primarily used for golf and batting practice.
