This Facility Rental Application Form is an important step in receiving approval for your event.
Please provide the information requested so that Recreation staff can start the approval process for your booking.

League schedule will be required upon Start-Up. If requesting time for a tournament or special event please use section at the end of this application.
You may upload your preferred schedule if your schedule exceeds 7 days. See the attachment section below:
Tournaments & Special Events
For groups that are regular ongoing bookings and/or Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) please upload copies of the following:
Insurance
- General Liability Insurance naming The City of Red Deer as an additional insured. Minimum $5 million is required.
Proof of Non-Profit status in good standing is required by submitting:
- Copy of current Annual Return
- Copy of current Annual General Meeting minutes
