This Facility Rental Application Form is an important step in receiving approval for your event. Please provide the information requested so that Recreation staff can start the approval process for your booking. For groups that are regular ongoing bookings and/or Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) please upload copies of the following:

Insurance

General Liability Insurance naming The City of Red Deer as an additional insured. Minimum $5 million is required.

Proof of Non-Profit status in good standing is required by submitting:

Copy of current Annual General Meeting minutes
