xPop-up Spray Parks
Join Red Deer Emergency Services, RCMP and Municipal Enforcement and keep cool every Thursday in July and August.

Pop-up spray parks are making a splash across Red Deer once again this summer. Come Beat the Heat with us as Red Deer Emergency Services transforms fire engines into mobile spray parks, turning your local green space into a fun-filled water playground. Other community partners will also be joining in on the fun to provide glitter tattoos, police cruiser tours, and other goodies.
Please note:
- The events will be weather dependent, so make sure to follow The City of Red Deer's social media channels for weather-related updates. We'll post on our Instagram and Facebook stories if events have to be cancelled.
- As Emergency Services crews are on-duty, sometimes our Beat the Heat events are delayed or end early as crews must respond to a call. We will provide updates on our social media listed above.
- Washrooms are not available at all sites.
We can't wait to see you this summer!
Join us every Thursday from 6:30 – 8 p.m.
