The City of Red Deer offers a cost-shared, competitive, and comprehensive benefit plan, which complements our overall compensation plan. Dependent upon union affiliation, status, and the terms and conditions of employment, variations of the following benefits may be offered.
The City matches the employee's contribution to the Local Authorities Pension Plan, plus contributes an additional one per cent.
