Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP charge male for committing indecent act in a public green space near Bower Mall.
On July 17, 2025, at approximately 2:49 p.m., Red Deer RCMP received multiple reports of a nude male, touching himself in a sexual manner, in view of nearby children. The incident was witnessed by numerous members of the public. Officers attended the area, promptly, and located the suspect.
Randy Saal, a 65-year-old resident of Red Deer has been charged with exposure of genital organs to person under 16.
An updated media release will be sent once a Judicial interim Release Hearing has been completed.
