Red Deer, Alta.- Red Deer RCMP are now clear from the 5100 block of 62 Street, specifically around the Wedgewood Garden Apartment complex in Red Deer. As a result of this investigation, no suspect was located at this time. Police resources will remain in the area during this ongoing operation.

Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP is advising that there is a heavy police presence in the 5100 block of 62 Street, specifically around the Wedgewood Gardens apartment complex, as they are tracking a suspect. RCMP is advising residents of this complex to please follow the direction of the police if they encounter them outside their apartment.
RCMP is asking that people avoid the area and refrain from posting photos of responding officers on social media.
