Red Deer, Alta. – Red Deer RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating missing 63-year-old Kirby Mindle. Mindle was last seen in Red Deer on the morning of Jan. 29, 2024. His family is concerned for his safety and well-being.
Kirby is described as:
- 5 feet 10 inches tall and 190 pounds
- Glasses with blue eyes and grey hair
- Light complexion
- Tattoo on his right arm with the name “Brenda”
- Last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue/green hoodie style jacket with a moose on it
