Red Deer, Alta. – On Oct. 28, 2022 at approximately 2:15 a.m., a constable with the Red Deer RCMP was supporting an active investigation in the Riverside Meadows neighbourhood when a car collided into the rear of the police vehicle.

The Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate missing 43-year-old Jacob Loeppky. Jacob was last seen on Oct. 17, 2022 in Red Deer, and police believe he may be in Edmonton.
