Property inspections to begin June 23 in Red Deer

Beginning Monday, June 23, City of Red Deer Property Assessment staff will conduct inspections of non-residential and multifamily properties across the city. These inspections are part of The City’s routine property assessment process.

Staff will be clearly identified with City of Red Deer photo identification while carrying out their work, which involves documenting property details and taking exterior photographs from nearby roads and sidewalks.

This year’s inspections will focus on commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties and will occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
