(Red Deer, Alberta)Motorists are advised of an upcoming road closure on 48 Street as underground utility upgrades are completed.
A portion of 48 Street from 48 Avenue to 49 Avenue will be closed beginning February 26, 2024. Work is expected to be complete by March 15, weather dependent.
Access onto 48 Street from 49 Avenue will be limited for the duration of the project, and pedestrian traffic will be maintained along the south side of 48 Street during construction.
