Help us serve you better by completing the customer service survey, where we are asking for public feedback on their experiences interacting with us at The City.
Earlier this year, The City began working on a customer service strategy which will inform our future approach to serving the community. An important next step is hearing from the community on what works, what doesn’t as well as ideas for our approach moving forward.
Resident feedback will help inform how The City delivers and enhances customer service in the future.

- Sign up to attend a virtual workshop: If residents want to provide more feedback, they are invited to sign up for a virtual workshop happening on December 6 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
