Refunds may be issued if you cancel your party 14 days before the event. After that time NO refunds are offered.
Tables and chairs are included in the party room.
Yes you can. Your party room is NOT available before your scheduled time. You can book additional time for room decoration (subject to availability) when you are booking your party. We are a piƱata, silly string and confetti free facility. Please use painters tape to attach decorations.
Fridge and/or freezer space is available for cake and ice cream. Please bring all your own serving supplies. Lockers can be rented ($1.00 for a token) to store party supplies. There is no specific storage space for your party supplies. We suggest leaving them in your vehicle until going to your party room.
You are free to bring your own food and beverages.
Children up to 6 years can use the bouncer that can accommodate six children at the same time.
Yes, if the time is available. Additional time can be arranged at the front desk.
