Suspend your monthly pass and place it on hold:
If you need to temporarily suspend your monthly pass, please complete the suspension form, available at the Customer Service desk at any recreation facility. The form must be submitted at least five business days before the desired suspension start date. If you have a Family Pass or Build Your Own Pass, all members on the pass must suspend together. Only one suspension is allowed per monthly pass, and passes are non-transferable.
Cancel your monthly pass:
To cancel a monthly pass, holders of pre-authorized monthly cards may complete a non-renewal form, available at the Customer Service desk at any recreation facility. This form must be submitted at least five business days before the pass expiry date. Pass holders with a fixed monthly card may cancel if the pass was sold in error, if they are moving outside the service area, or for medical reasons. Supporting documentation, such as a medical note or proof of new address, is required. If the “first adult” on a Family Plan cancels, the “second adult” becomes the “first adult” and will be charged the corresponding rate. Passes are non-transferable.
