Description
Photographic images of the NWMP / RCMP throughout their history in the Red Deer area are portrayed in stairwells, office windows, including contemporary roles they play today. In the main lobby, the floor contains cement acid etched images of local fossil flora and fauna endemic to the area as well as LED lit ceiling that captures what the night skies looked like in the summer of 1873, when the first Northwest Mounted Police arrived in the area.
