(Red Deer, Alberta)A portion of 47 Avenue between 53 Street and 55 Street will be closed to northbound traffic as construction crews replace underground infrastructure.
Detours for northbound traffic will begin Monday, April 8, and are expected to be in place until 5 p.m. on June 12, weather dependent. Southbound traffic will continue to be permitted throughout construction.
Motorists are advised to obey all signs and use extra caution while crews are present. Please find an alternate route if possible
