xRoles & Responsibilities
One of the challenges in any project is determining who is responsible for what, and what influence we can have on areas that are not our responsibility. Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in February 2020, high-level roles of the province and The City were formally agreed upon.
Resources related to permanent shelter process:
