Help us serve you better by sharing your feedback about interacting with us. We want to understand what we are doing well, what we are not, and how we can improve. Your feedback will be sent directly to our consultant, Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN), who is working to develop a Customer Service Strategy for The City, which will guide how we enhance the customer service experience we offer in the future.
Customer Service Survey is now closed
The Customer Service survey closed for comment on December 16 and comments received are currently being reviewed. Public input will influence The City’s future customer service strategy, which will work to standardize and enhance the customer service experience we offer in the future.
