Utility Bill Schedule Changes

We've made a shift toward more consistent billing. Starting in November of 2020, utility bills are due on the 1st or 15th of the month, every month.

Utility customers have long asked for more consistency in their utility bills. With monthly bills, you'll know when to expect your next bill so you can plan ahead. Some customers may see slightly shorter or longer billing periods in October as we shift to the new schedule.

No. Bill dates are selected based on your property’s location. Billing dates are split as follows:


Will my readings change?

Water meter readings are collected remotely from a truck. The date our meter readers drive through your area may change, but customers should not expect any impacts.

Will I be charged more because of these changes?

No, total charges will be the same as if we had not changed the schedule. During the shift to our new schedules, some residents will see smaller or larger bills than normal, but the overall utility cost will not change.
