Update: April 2025

This project set out to update aging infrastructure in the Riverside Meadows neighbourhood. Work began in 2021 and over the last few construction seasons, deep utility and surface improvements were completed. Through the 2025 construction season, some paving and deficiency work will be completed and the project will wrap up.

The main work areas for 2025 include:

• Paving of 56 Avenue from 60 Street to 57 Street; 57 Street from 60 Avenue to Kerry Wood Drive; 58A Avenue from 57 Street to 55 Street, and & 56 Street from 58A Avenue to Kerry Wood Drive. 
• Landscaping work in the areas listed above
• A small amount of deficiency work from previous phases of the project
